Application requirements


The postgraduate course ”Technology and Innovation Management”(TIM) is addressed to national and international graduates with an engineering, natural or computer sciences qualification. The length of the studies should at least have comprised 4 years for non-EU member states and 3 years for EU member states

Furthermore, working experience of at least 1 year is required, which can also be done as internships. To complete the TIM studies successfully, sufficient German and English language skills are requested since lectures are given in both these languages. To apply for TIM, you need to show that you have at least 800 hours of German language training (level B2 German language certificate) or equivalent when you start your studies. Furthermore, proof of sufficient English skills needs to be submitted.

• Bachelor, Master degree or equivalent in Engineering, Natural or Computer Sciences
• Degree duration 4 years for Non-EU applicants, 3 years for EU applicants
• At least 1 year working experience (may also be presented as internships)
• German language skills, at least 800 h language training or equivalent
• English language skills (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS)

• University application form (available in our Download section)
• Curriculum Vitae
• Copy of academic degree and transcript of records
• Copy of school leaving certificate
• Proof of gained working experience (e.g. statements by employer)
• Language certificates to proof German and English skills

Attention:

All documents have to be presented as certified and translated copy (if not already in English or German).

Application deadline:

Your complete application documents need to reach us until 30th September each year in order to start the TIM program the same year.
